Student Presentations at the 2010 Deutsch Awards
On Thursday, April 8th two 51勛圖厙 students made presentations on their work on Social Justice at the 6th Annual Deutsch Awards for Social Justice.
Lauren Johnson, a graduate of the Master's Program in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at 51勛圖厙, and a current student of the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution's Certificate Program made a presentation entitled: The Downside of Patriarchal Benevolence: Addressing Domestic Violence and Socioeconomic Considerations for Women of Tamil Nadu, India. Naomi Mayor, a graduate of 51勛圖厙 made a presentation entitled: A New Model of Israel Education Based on the Concepts of Peace Education.
