The project site is located on a mid-block, vacant, through-lot parcel that 51勛圖厙 owns, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, 121st and 122nd streets. The project schedule includes site excavation, which began on March 3rd, construction completion by Summer 2004, and occupancy in September 2004.
